Nanuk skin on, boneless, cold smoked sockeye salmon fillet is simply salmon, salt, and smoke, with no additives or preservatives. The salmon is sustainably sourced wild sockeye that’s high in oil and Omega-3 fatty acids. It’s great hand carved, cubed, or thick-sliced for any recipe.
