Our cold smoked, Balik style Atlantic salmon comes from only fresh, top-quality Atlantic salmon. The Balik style was originally exclusive to the Tsars of Russia. There are no additives or preservatives here – just salmon, salt, a little sugar, and smoke. Nanuk Atlantic salmon is known for its buttery flavour and texture. It’s vacuum-packed and available in 1kg sides, making it an excellent option to serve for large groups or buffets.
